At Benchmark, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
